step 1. is it XP or Vista?
step 2. find out how much memory the customers computer has
step 3. find out where site builder is installed ( C:\Program Files\Yahoo SiteBuilder )
step 4. rename ysitebuilder.bat to ysitebuilder.bat.bak
step 5. open notepad.
step 6. type: java -Xmx[half of the customers memory upto 512]M -jar "install path of site builder\sitebuilder.jar"
                        example: "java -Xmx512M -jar "C:\Program Files\Yahoo SiteBuilder\sitebuilder.jar" "
step 7. save as ysitebuilder.bat
step 8. open sitebuilder
